Every year on Anzac day there is a significant commeration service at the Australian National Memorial, situated behind the Villers-Bretonneux Military Cemetery in France. Due to travel restrictions preventing a visit to the actual site, I developed a 3D background using existing imagery and displayed it on an LED screen. To seamlessly integrate the poppy in the foreground, I employed off-camera lighting techniques designed to match the illumination and mood of the digital background, ensuring a cohesive and respectful visual presentation.
